Woodlands Cemetery

The Woodlands Cemetery Board consists of eight dedicated members. We have one meeting a year, with a few discussion gatherings as needed throughout the year. Our source of income is from donations and bequeaths.

If you haven’t visited there for awhile, there has been a few changes in the last few years. We have updated the flower beds to cement planters along the main driveway. This has saved us a lot of maintenance. The Church that houses the guest book has been refurbished. The two sets of gates have been replaced with  white ornate wrought iron doors.  Our new project for the cemetery is a 72 Nitche Columberium. This was started in the fall and will be completed this summer. As cremation increases in popularity, Columbaria are becoming an increasingly common
