We know many families are eagerly waiting to find out their swim lesson times—we're excited too!
- When will lesson schedules be sent?
Lesson confirmations are typically emailed 1–2 weeks before lessons begin.
- Why aren't times assigned earlier?
We keep registration open as long as possible to accommodate late registrations, schedule changes, and waitlist movement. This allows us to:
Create the best class groupings based on age and ability.
Keep class sizes balanced.
Offer as many children the opportunity to participate as possible.
Once registration is finalized, we carefully build the lesson schedule and send each family their confirmed lesson time and level.
We appreciate your patience while we work to create the best possible schedule for everyone. If you haven't received your confirmation by 1 week before lessons begin, please feel free to contact us.
